New Ludric Nmbrs account?

You will receive an e-mail with further instructions to activate your Ludric Nmbrs account.

The link to activate your account is valid for 24 hours.

I have not received an email to activate my account, what should I do?

Check if the message has ended up in your spam box.

Try to log in with your e-mail address and click on “Forgotten your password?”.

Contact your employer, who will check the specified e-mail address. Your employer also supports the process and, if necessary, takes action towards Ludric.

Log in using a browser

When you log in via the browser for the first time, your IP address of the location where you are then will be linked to your account. If you try to log in at a different location, or if your IP address has been changed by your provider, you will receive the message: ‘Unknown IP address, an email has been sent to you’. This email contains a link with which you can link the new IP address to your account. You can still log in afterwards. This extra check by e-mail is for security reasons, so that strangers cannot access your data.

Two-factor Authentication (PIN)

For extra security of the salary data, we have set up Two-factor authentication. After you have logged in with your e-mail address and password, you will see this screen (see image). Here you can enter your own PIN code twice and then log in.

Change PIN code

On your own profile page, the pin code can be adjusted via User profile-> Profile
